Top Picks
Johnson Charles is a brilliant batsman when it comes to the T20 format. He failed in the last game but was the third highest run-scorer last year with 415 runs to his name in 13 matches.
Rashid Khan scored a vital 26* with the bat coming in at number 10 and then bowled superbly. He returned with the figures of 2/27 and helped the Tridents defend 153.
Jason Holder is always a must-have player in any format thanks to his all-round abilities. He didn’t get any wickets with the ball but he was economical. With the bat, he scored 38 runs off just 22 deliveries.
Rahkeem Cornwall was the highest run-getter for the St Lucia last season. He had scored 254 runs in 10 matches at an excellent strike-rate of 190.97. He might also bowl more this year and pick wickets.
Kesrick Williams was one of the expensive bowlers of the team in CPL 2019. But he was the top wicket-taker for them to with 12 scalps to his name after playing 10 games.
Mohammad Nabi is one of the best all-rounders in T20 cricket. His finishing abilities and off-spin bowling are unmatched and the Zouks will be banking on him to come good.
