Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad are going to meet each other in an IPL 2021 league match. For the first time in some years, this South Indian derby is not well balanced going into the match as Hyderabad’s form this season has been terrible. Having said that, it still presents a lot of chances to the fans to earn a few fantasy points.

Here are the three players to avoid in fantasy teams in the RCB vs SRH game:

1. Wriddhiman Saha

Wriddhiman Saha is a good and responsible wicketkeeper, but where he misses out is on the one-on-one comparison. Both he and Srikar Bharat have been given an 8.5 credit score. The two players bat in the top order, but their roles are quite different. Bharat is a make-shift batter who comes higher in the order given the situation. But Saha has opened the innings with some contributions and nothing much in other games.

Choosing either will not create a huge difference but on current form, Bharat looks like a better pick. He has batted well whenever he has got an opportunity. Behind the stumps as well, Bharat is impressive. Hence, avoiding Saha won’t be a bad decision by any standards.

2. Dan Christian

Dan Christian’s form in the IPL 2021 has been quite horrendous. He has played six matches and scored four runs. With the ball, he averages 93, having picked up one wicket. These numbers don’t justify the calibre which he has, but no one can say that picking him in the fantasy team right now will be a wise decision. Compare him with the options in this contest, Jason Holder and Glenn Maxwell, who have been better performers and also have more chances to get you some fantasy points.

3. Mohammed Siraj

There is a bit of buzz around the RCB pacer with his recent performances for the Indian team. He is a much-improved bowler from what he used to be around a year ago. He has become more accurate and managed to keep the flow of runs down as much as possible.

However, this has resulted in him not getting regular wickets. In the UAE leg, he has taken only one wicket while the bulk of the wickets have been taken by Harshal Patel and Yuzvendra Chahal. It is better to bet on these two players as they are more likely to pick up wickets. There are players like Rashid Khan in this contest as well, who are capable of taking wickets regularly.
